merkin...Why would you pose that question if he/she is a URM? 660 and 3.2 make you competitive at almost any school if your other application components are off the charts.

Touchy or not, it is a legitimate question. If someone is offering themselves up as an example of hope for those with weaker scores, it is worth disclosing such an important factor. With a score 20 points below the mean and a GPA a couple of tenths off as well the question becomes even more pertinent.
Though business schools seem to be less generous than law school when it comes to AA admits, it obviously still comes into play.
