Also, I have not given my GMAT yet. I have 5 years of experience, currently in product management of a unicorn startup in Bangalore.

I worked hard on my essays, LOR, and other documents but am planning to take my GMAT only around December mid because I haven't started any serious prep and want at least 2 weeks of prep before I give my GMAT.

Scored 590 in the very first mock, what score can I practically aim for and what are the chances of me getting a conditional offer without submitting GMAT scores?

Best thing would be to ask the adcom regarding your scenario. A minimum score of 600 is required for an admit. You can try EA exam if GMAT is proving to be too difficult.

Hello,

I got an admit for MBA from UCD Smurfit and Trinity Business School in Dublin with similar scholarships. I have been sure about Ireland as my place of study and applied only to these two uni, but faced with the choice of picking one of them, I'm definitely confused!

I see that TCD has better QS global rankings for 2021 and 2022; Smurfit has better rankings for the 2020 and 2019. I've also heard a few feedbacks that Smurfit is better for business courses, but that Trinity has a new business building and has been doing great recently. Could you guys weigh in and let me know what your choice would be in my place?

I want to weigh in factors like alumni support, more practical learning experience, career guidance and international exposure when choosing the uni.

This is a very personal decision in my opinion. Both schools are equally good in their regional rankings. Both are well recognized in Ireland. The school you decide depends entirely on your post MBA goals. I would highly suggest that you reach out to the alumni of both the schools through Linkedin and ask their opinion. You can then list out the pros and cons of each school. I am sure this will help you in making the right decision. How much scholarship did you receive at UCD?

Practice as much as you can for the Kira interview once you get the hang of it its pretty easy. There will be 3 video statements of 1 min 15 secs each. (I am not entirely sure of the duration, but it was less than 2 mins.) and one written response. I forgot the exact questions as the entire thing finished within minutes. I would suggest you not to stress about it too much.

I had my interview on 26th Jan but have not heard back from the admissions team regarding the final decision. Wanted to know how much time after the interview did it take for you guys to receive the final decision mail?

It took about 10 days for me, but that was in December. You can always drop in a mail to ask for updates if you haven't received it yet, 20 days is a good time to wait and they would certainly respond with updates.

Their reply-"Your current status is 'Interview to be scheduled and we will be in touch in due course"
Some progress I say, considering the gazillion applications from India.
