Waitlisted again.
So that's R1 interview -> R2 waitlist -> waitlist updates -> R2 waitlist.
Not really sure what else I can do at this point. I'm on the lower end of work experience and my job refused to promote me because "I'm going to leave the company for grad school anyway." (But I got waitlisted and this is the only school I applied to.) I think I'm just going to find a job that will help me grow and reapply next year.

Hey fam, you should've prolly applied to more schools. I was certain that I wanna get my MBA this year so I applied to 8 schools.
Anyway, what's done is done. It's not a ding so you still have hope. I for one am most likely to decline the offer, some other folks with multiple admits might as well which is when they will review the WL again.
Just make sure to continue updating with any recent accomplishments or just continued interest in general. And good luck, hope you make it this year
