I second SuitUp. It is still very early in the process, and a lot more invites are yet to go out, I assume, especially given the fact that the adcom accepted applications even after the deadline.

financegirl and aelsc: Have you scheduled your interview? I am wondering if you got the group class visit email and if you are going to attend!

I got the group class visit e-mail, but won't be attending. I scheduled my interview for Wednesday, I had actually already planned to do a class visit that day...so just found an interview slot following. Just prepping now! Anyone have any tips or insights?

I actually sat in on a class right before the deadline, so i won't be attending the group class visit..can't afford to miss any more work. i scheduled my interview for nov. 22 so i will start prepping this week..

My understanding is that pretty standard questions are covered - Why MBA, why now, why this school, goals, significant accomplishment, biggest challenge, so on and so forth. For behavioral questions, preparing an example from personal and professional front for each situation/trait will come handy. Another thing I heard is that they focus on personality, but nobody can prepare for that or develop it over a week. You either have it or you don't. Just my two cents. However, preparation is key without stepping into the realm of over-preparing or appearing rehearsed.

I'm a FEMBA R1 applicant. My status on applyyourself just changed to: "Your application is complete for committee review and will have a decision released by the publish date for your round."

Does that mean that Adcom already reviewed my application? I'm so nervous!

Just got my invite! 4:04 pm PST. :-D

It came from interview.followup@anderson.ucla.edu which was bewildering for a fraction of a second... How can they follow up if I haven't had an interview yet...

21 / F / 760 / 3.96 / WE 2 yrs at matriculation / based in Western US (not CA)

Good luck to all still waiting. I'll be doing the interview on campus and reporting back afterwards.

Just checked - Me too! Dylan Stafford said that he hopes to have all decisions out by xmas. So nervous!
