For those still waiting for invitation, there are now some new time slots and there are some in December 14th (previously the last one was for the 10th). So it seems the interview period may be somehow longer.
I interviewed with UCLA recently. It was quite relaxed. I was interviewed by an admissions officer and a second year student They asked most questions from the resume, asking me to explain my work, my interests, my education. I was also asked about my career goals, my weaknesses and which courses I'd like to specifically pursue during an MBA at UCLA.
