Yeah, U$C does have a lower admit rate and less # of applicants as well
my experience comes from my accounting minor. One of the greatest disappointments with UCLA undergrad was that they lacked a "finance" or "business" major..so the closest one can get to that was Business Economics major and minor in accounting. Basically the business side of my major was run by the anderson school and they ruled with a heavy hand, especially with curve settings (50% distribution for C-, jeez..) Another disappointment with UCLA was their lackluster alumni network...but this is only the undergrad aspect
So basically half the time I was in Anderson classes with MBA professors (who oddly taught undergrad..) But overall, Anderson has amazing facilities, great professors and network as well.
