gtdj06 thank you for the reply.

What general advice do you have for us attending? (aside from the Interview Prep we should be doing)

- Who is typically conducting the interview?
- What information does the interviewer have on the interviewee? Has the interviewer read the application?
- What is the main take away the AdComm is looking for?

- Interviews are generally conducted by current students or FEMBA alums.
- The interviewer knows nothing about you except for the information on your resume that you bring to the interview (so make sure you don't forget it!).
- There is no single or main takeaway that is the focus of the interview. Many of the discussion topics will be similar to your applications (why MBA, why FEMBA). However, there is the added dimension of your personality and demeanor. My best (cliche) advice is to relax and be yourself, know your story well, and use this as another opportunity to ask any other questions you might have about FEMBA.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

Glad to have met those of you who attended Super Saturday for interviews.

For those of us who had the 12:30 PM interview times, please PM me. Thanks.

Did everyone receive a thank you card from the interview? Before I opened the envelope I was a little surprised, and nervous, to see correspondence from Anderson so quickly.

Hm, I didn't get any correspondence from Anderson. Did you both interview in R3? I can't imagine mine would take longer to receive in the mail than anyone else, seeing as how I live a whopping half mile from campus...

Have they started posting decisions for the R3 applicants?

I don't think so but a couple folks have mentioned receiving a thank you card.

Oh ok. Will the decisions be posted only on June 12th or can we expect them before that?

I don't think the decisions for R3 will come out until June. Last year they had a R4 but this year it's all lumped together it seems like.

And yes I applied in R3

If you are admitted, they will typically call you Monday of the deadline week so you should start hearing on June 8th.

Do they call admits only on Monday, or starting Monday for the rest of the week?

Based on my experience, if you don't get the call on Monday then you were either waitlisted or denied.

Hey guys, 3rd year FEMBA here. Hope you guys don't mind if I chime in. I do know that admission calls will often occur over consecutive days and they don't necessarily start on a Monday (my call came in on a Friday, for example).

I know that waiting is often the hardest part, so do anything you can to keep yourselves occupied. It will be a whirlwind come July so enjoy the calm before the storm!

Congratulations!! How exciting to find out so early! Do you mind sharing whether you applied earlier in R3 or closer to the deadline?
