1. Tell me about yourself beyond your professional experience.
2. ⁠TMAT you failed and how you handled it.
3. ⁠TMAT you had to solve a complex problem and why was solving it important to you.
4. ⁠TMAT you stood up for a colleague who was mistreated.
5. ⁠Short and long term goals and alternate goal if this doesn’t work out.

I’d do your best to retrieve any and all questions they might ask and practice your response for those

You can even ask ChatGPT to send you any and all possible video assessment questions mccombs might ask from postings online
