Anyone close their Video essay? what were the questions aksed? Found a thread for Foster video essay here, but its from 2018, looking for some more recent info

Kudos
I think it's similar to the ones from previous years! I finished mine on Saturday, the two questions where:

1) One example when I was a team member and not a leader and how did I contribute to the team
2) One example of resilience at work

These are not exactly how the questions were framed but yes on these lines. 30 seconds to prep and 1:30 to answer.

Not sure if I was able to fit everything I wanted to say but tried to be myself, smile, confident and give the best impression I could in the 1:30 mins! Good luck

The Foster chat seems awfully quiet compared to other schools. Not many applicants or students get active when interview requests/ admission decisions come out?

Thanks for the info! I found some questions online from prev years, but they're quite diverse. I think a simpler approach will be to just have all key experiences run down once in my head and then just go in with confidence.

Yes exactly, I think these short essays are more to see you and get an idea of your personality and communications skills rather than actually how detailed you are in your response. As long as you can think quick, be relevant to what was asked and have a smile I think that will give a great impression to Adcoms. Good luck to you!! Just got done with my video essay, sharing my questions below (not exact, but the gist):
- What is essential to maintaining a good business relationship?
- Mention a time you had to change priorities, what did you do?

Tip: do not make any assumptions based on the practice questions. I did the practice sessions a few times and they were all behavioral questions, so I think I had a certain expectation set in subconsciously and the back to back business related questions did catch me a bit off-guard. I'd recommend don't do any practice questions just before the actual recording. Just go in with a clear head and plenty of confidence. All the best!

that happened with me too, I kind of knew that the questions will be business related but just because the practice questions where behavioral I was thrown off a bit and then composed myself to give my answers.

any idea how long after these we expect interview invites to be sent out?

What I've heard from people is the standard upto 3-4 weeks post all submissions are closed.
This is my first time applying, so don't have prior experience to back up.
