Paying around 2k for one bedroom (it's the end unit so has windows on three sides). From what I've heard, the other one bedrooms are cheaper, but I really liked the one I got. I looked at riverlofts but it's more expensive and basically all Wharton students. Also not Aran of the layouts...but def nice.
Liked the claridge (as long as you go with a renovated unit) but 1700 was bigger and had washer/dryer in unit which I wanted. Wannamaker and dorchester I think are condos so you have to find one you like an didn't want to go though that process from NYC (Esp after I've done it before) plus they're mostly wharton students (I also didn't want dorm feel). 1830 Lombard was nice (and cheaper) if you can get your arms around the location...hope that helps.[/quote]
Thank you so much for your input. This is tremendously helpful!! I looked at Loft at 1835 Arch online and the prices look reasonable too (I am from NYC Philly price range is definitely very reasonable

) But my friend said that the location is a little further from city centre than other buildings. I think i will definitely check out 1700 walnut, claridge and parc rittenhouse. Now i just need to find my new home for the next two years! This is kind of exciting!!
