Woooh! That was a blur. The 35 mins flew by like they were 5. Such an impressive place. Just 19 days and 19 hours of waiting left!! Haha

Too true. 35 minutes is nothing. I hope you get a call back before those 19 hours on decision day. Good luck!

Heh, you and me both. When do they normally call? (I'm located in Houston). Also who normally calls if you get the call?

Any time from early morning to probably 1-2 pm ET for R2. I was called at 10:15 ET by June but I applied to HCM.

I'm a low-GPA (we're talking very very low), but very high GMAT candidate; Wharton is a bigtime reach for me but I love the school and was pleasantly surprised during my school visit - Wharton is a lot more close-knit than I expected. Really hope I get to interview and that the adcom can overlook the low grades for which I have a legitimate reason. Best of luck to all other candidates and hopefully we're greeted with good news on 11/2!

Trust me, you're not the only one. And I too, plan to apply to Wharton. But if you do everything you possible can to mitigate that and show that you're not GPA however many years ago I think you have a shot. For ex, take supplemental classes, build work experience. Extra curric's, even int'l experience. Build a story that narrates who you are and what you're passionate about, while including how their MBA will be beneficial to you.

Good luck! :) (we'll need it! Lol)

Best of luck! Usually your interviewer is the one who calls if you get in, before you get the official email. Calling time really depends on your time zone. I'm based in Dubai and got the call around 11am-noon Philly time, 7pm for me.

Thanks and many congratulations on getting in! IMO the best way to give back to community would be to write a detailed BSchool application debrief along with tips/advice for future applicants. We have a separate forum to post BShool debriefs. I look forward to read your MBA debrief soon... https://gmatclub.com/forum/share-your-a ... ience-332/

Hey guys! Can I your opinion regarding my profile? I wish to apply Wharton in the future but I am a bit nervous about my GPA.

I have 2.5 GPA, GMAT 710, 4 years of working at a multinational company (1.5 year of leading a team). I feel from looking at the graph that the GPA might pull me down. Any advise?
