Has anyone heard of someone who submitted on Oct 9 who has received an invite?

I submitted on the 9th and have rec'd an invite. There is not a strong correlation between date of submission and invite.

When did you go complete? I got complete on 23rd and havent received an invite yet.

I went complete about 5 days after I submitted the app.
