You don’t realize really how poor you were until you graduate and get a job 😂 and then you realize how poor you still are but it gets better

Sorry for confusion. This idea was pitched by one of the mods a week before the event, so we decided to try it and do these text chats so people can multi-task if they are joining multiple zoom sessions with Adcoms.

Well there are a couple of things I like about SOM - 1. Small program not close to a major city so an opportunity to make deep connections. 2. I really like the raw case method and the way the core classes are structured. 3. Excellent consulting recruiting machinery (~50% class went to consulting that is crazy!)

Depends where you are right now. Take a diagnostic test and see how much ground you need to cover. For most people 3 months of dedicated prep works but YMMV

I am unfortunately not aware of this statistic and nor did I come across it while applying. I was not able to get a scholarship though

Short answer: Yes pick only one goal.

Both these fields are very different and you do not want to be seen as a person who lacks clarity on their short term goals. I would recommend picking one and if possible pick one which requires skills that you have acquired in your professional experience

Got it in that case make one of them as your main goal and you could mention the other one in passing as your backup goal. Adcoms will appreciate that you have thought of a plan B. However, it just has to be in passing no need to dive deep into your back up
