It is definitely possible. 2 years is a long period of time. Personally, i think that professional work experience adds a lot of value to your profile. It also gives you some time to get some clarity as to what path you would want to take post-MBA. But this is just my personal take.
No, the quality of experience and what you learn during your internship is what matters. The big name would not matter much if you have not done any quality work. So, it’s better to focus on what responsibilities you will have during your internship.
