I'm a re-app and didn't get the email. My online status still reads "Invite to interview."

I don't think so, because my application already had gone complete, before I was invited to interview. I'm not sure who got it, or why, considering that it doesn't seem linked to re-apps only either. I'm not too worried about it.

based on the fact that Booth has a chat scheduled today, I doubt any calls will go out today. But I am still crossing my fingers...

or that they are done reviewing apps since they have time for a chat, and will be placing phone calls

I like your optimism, sir! I think the biggest piece of support for calls not starting today would be last year's timeline. They started making calls two days prior to the deadline.
