Hi nupur, try and find rhymes thread about interviews as well. I thought they were far more helpful than any of the others including resources which cost money.

Can someone who scheduled an interview recently give an idea about the available slots (number of slots available on campus and off-campus in your city). I guess this will help us to get some idea about the number of interviews yet to come.

Atleast I can concentrate on work easily without worrying about an interview :(

The interview list is looking pretty impressive. I realize interviews are (allegedly) given out on a random basis, but we are getting down to the last week. I'm getting pretty nuts about the lack of invite, especially since Chi interviews ~50% of applicants and also because I think this is my strongest app. Is it too early to prepare for the hard landing (i.e., DING)?

Last invite in R1 was reported on Nov 13th, a day before notification. So, hitch your wagon to the optimism train!

When I was looking at the slots, there were a LOT of slots open. So I am still very very sure that almost all of us R2ers will get our interview calls. I am sure that we won't do any worse than R1ers.

Thanks mNeo. That is really comforting to know. Let's see if the moon's phase has any effect in my application. I guess my GMAT, GPA, essays have little effect so far
