It is crazy but they do:
Your professional resume should account for all of your work experience, including full-time, part-time and summer employment since entering college. Begin with your most recent employment and include military service, entrepreneurial experience, travel and job search periods.
I don't know how much I got paid back then (plus it was hourly) and looking back at old resumes only tells me I did something in the summer of 2000. Very annoying.

Approximate it. They will not check on your accuracy. For internships, they are more concerned with what you did than your pay. I worked in LA for one summer for a producer, got paid nothing, but it was an interesting job to put in my app.
