The interview was very tough, but very conversational. He asked almost 15 questions in 25 minutes. Main topics:
1. Specific details of my resume
2. my interpersonal skills
3. what I think about different cultures in the workplace
4. best inventions in the last 10 years (he asked pros and cons)
5. most innovative thing I did in the last 10 months
6. specific questions about my hobbies (I added in my resume)
7. why cambridge
8. classes that I want to attend
9. pros and cons of 1 year
10. what my team would say about my leadership style
11. my main challenge in my current position.
12. if I talked with alumni and who
Got it, thank you!

Hi just got the rejection for R2. As they don't provide feedback do you guys think my score of 710 impacted my rejection without an interview?

Maybe something else then, I am an Indian with 3 yrs work ex in Big 4. Scored 82% in undergrad from an ok university but had a lot of wins in workplace. Just hope it's not an issue with my essays because I used mostly same story line in this, LBS (also got rejected) and other schools which I am applying for

Did anyone else get a "Cambridge MBA: Personalised Interview Schedule" email for Friday Nov 8.
the virtual session includes:
Q&A with the MBA team (60 minutes)
Break (15 minutes)
Virtual Networking with MBA students & alumni (45 minutes)
Virtual Networking with your fellow interview candidates (30 minutes)

it states "The live interview event is not mandatory, The Q&A session will be recorded, we will circulate the recording with those of you who are unable to attend."
it also states "Please note that, if you do not manage to make the necessary arrangements to attend this session and you cancel at last minute, we cannot assure that another interview will be organised."

Is this interview mandatory? Does anybody know what the context for "Virtual Networking with your fellow interview candidates" interview? I received a separate email for the actual Cambridge interview, so I’m unclear on what to prepare for this one. Is it just a casual coffee chat with adcom?

This is just a normal webinar/live event kind of thing prior to the actual interviews.

The admissions team, along with the programme’s associate director, someone from the careers team, conduct this session in order to familiarise everyone with the course intricacies, address your queries, and provide you with insights that’d be helpful in your actual interview.

Post this, there would be an alumni and a current student who would, once again, address your queries. It’d all be really informal.

Thanks, so the virtual networking portion is not 1 on 1, it would be essentially a open panel?

The interview experience was different for all depending on their work ex and profile.

You can refer to the messages above, dated Oct 14 and 22.

They have the detailed description of the questions asked.
