Thanks guys!

I'd kind of given up hope, to be honest. People had been reporting admits all day and I hadn't heard anything. I was sitting at my desk finishing up some busywork when a call from "Private" came in on the cell.

I stared at the phone. I froze.

I finally managed to pick up and answered as nonchalantly as I could. "Um, hello?" (If you're a Simpsons fan, imagine the sterotypical pimpy teenager who works at Krustyburger... that was my voice.)

As soon as I heard, "Hi (terry) this is Derrick Bolton..." everything became a blur. He congratulated me and gave me a bunch of details about the next steps in the process. I wrote it down, but I was so excited that my handwriting is virtually illegible. Oh well.

I'll write a more detailed debrief when I calm down. In the meanwhile, I'll keep my hopes up for grad_mba, as well as everyone else who applied to S.
