Generally speaking, Kellogg likes applicants with unusually strong/active community or extracurricular profiles (i.e., long-term involvement with leadership roles).

Your challenge is not your grades; it's your age and, in Kellogg's case, your extracurriculars. They will want to see a lot of leadership outside of work especially from someone with your amount of experience. As far as I know they probably do admit a very small number of people your age every year.
