I am a 2nd Year student at Hindu College, DU pursuing Bcom(hons). I have cleared FRM part 1 and would be giving level 2 in November. I have also learnt German till A2. My college CGPA currently is above 8. I have done 1 internship, Also headed a Traders club, been coordinator of 3 events. What are my chances of getting into HEC Paris, ESCP Europe (the top schools in this regard) and what GMAT score is required to get scholarship?

Kudos to an early start. While there is no fixed score- a 720+ will put you in a good spot.
A lot will also depend on the 'qualitative' aspects of your profile such as achievements in extracurricular and internships, essays etc.
You may want to read here on what to focus on in your profile.
