Basic information:

3 years in Oracle India MySQL team as a replication developer. Promotion in the first year from SDE 1 to SDE 2.
Couple of International Conference Presentation.
Education
---------------
GMAT score 730 (Q50, V40). Ist attempt.
78.5 % in BE-IT from Birla Institute of Technology Mesra Ranchi. (3.4/4). {I am not sure how this grading is calculated}
Internship at Tata Consultancy services and Tata Steel during college.
Selected in the Extended Merit list in IIT JEE examination 2007 for admission in IIST and IISER.
Recipient of Tata Steel Millennium Scholarship for 3 years in a row.
Secured 2nd position in SOFTWARE CHALLENGE organized during CHUNAUTI ’09 in BIT.
Our Team Secured 3rd position in ROBOWARZ , TECHNEEK , 2007 organized by IEEE
90 % in 10th and 95% in 12th with (100 %ile in maths in both the exams).
Extra curriculars

One of the 13 students from the entire batch selected as a representative of the Training and Placement cell at our college for the placement session 2010-2011.
Vice-President of Institute of Engineers India(IEI) Student chapter B.I.https://gmatclub.com/chat and successfully organized Colossieium 2008 and 2009,an intra college technical fest.
Member of the ACM CLUB Students Chapter BIT mesra.
Was a National Cadet Corp member(NCC) and attended the NCC camp in 2008-2009.
Hostel player in cricket,football,and volleyball.
Institute player in "Kho Kho" and represented the university in East Zone
Inter University Kho Kho tournament,2008 held at BIT Mesra.
Planning to apply for the 2014-2015 session at ISB hyderabad, IE business school spain. Also could you suggest that with this profile what colleges should i apply in US.

Thanks for the posting. You have an impressive background and I am sure that ISB and IE will find your candidacy compelling -- however, you have to make sure that you present a strong application including essays, recommendations, resume, interview, etc - as you are in a very competitive demographic group. As for American schools, I recommend that you look at Fuqua, Ross, Anderson, Tepper, Kelley and Stern.
