Hi,

I can not register for the GMAT mock tests in kaplan website.
I purchased a Kaplan Premier 2014 that entitles me to unlock 5 free tests , but I cant find any link to register for those.
I mailed to the kaplan helpline but it seems the email account is not at all attended. Can anyone please help me get to know how I can access those tests?

There is access information in the front of the book - the first 20 pages or so have a lot of info about the book, resources, GMAT, etc - look there.

It is also possible that since you bought a used one, the access code/info was removed (it is a cardboard insert)

Hi BB ,

I have purchased Kaplan "New GMAT premier 2013 with 5 computer adaptive tests" from flipkart.com in India.
But on the link provided above I can not see register link for 2013 edition book . I can see register link for 2015 and 2016 but not for 2013 version.
I also already mailed them multiple times but no response. I purchased book only for those 5 CATS :(
Any idea what can be done in my case ?

Since the book has not changed, you can register your 2013 edition as the 2016. I compared the answers and they match in both.
Should be an easy solution.

I have purchased 2017 kaplan premier but not able to access online resources. I have signed in and registered the book but the page of online resources doesn't appear. I have written mails to customer care and haven't received any help. Any suggestions how to go about it?
