Hi Guys,

Which bschools should i apply to? I am targeting US bschools beyond top 30.

Age/location- 26 Male/India

Education- Graduate in commerce. (Grade below average 44 on a scale of 100 but the topper got 62%)from University of delhi(Top ranked university)

Work experience- 0(Since i have no relieving letter).

I worked here and there,sometimes for 6 months and sometime for 1 month,left jobs without even informing...Took 4 years gap at a strech and sat idle at home. My biggest weakness has been my unprofessional attitude.

Certificates-

Gallileo from Edexcel
Fideleo from edexcel
English from BBC UK
First Aider
Theater Acting
Certified Cabin crew

GMAT score- 430( Although in gmat prep software i got 550,580).

I cant change my past but want to do right things from now...I have read somewhere that with good work ex and recommendation from the supervisors past academics/gaps can be overshadowed.

I dont think with this profile i can do MBA in 2014,but what kind of work ex should i look for?

Should i retake for fall 2014? Or take a job, retake later for fall 15 or 16??

Well without any work experience and with your current GMAT you are not likely to get into any MBA program that will help you out in your career. First things first - work 3 years and then think about your GMAT and MBA.
