Your profile sounds like a standard MBA applicant background, which puts you in a pretty competitive demographic for Wharton applicants who also come from Finance/Accounting/Consulting. However, we're missing some key information here to do a more holistic assessment, such as
1) where you went to school and ranking of the school in the country
2) leadership/extracurricular activities
3) some idea of post b-school goals
4) choice of recommenders
5) special circumstances (e.g. first in family to attend college)
If you're able to reply to this thread with more color for the abovementioned, we'll circle back with you here with a more comprehensive profile evaluation. Hope that helps!
