It's tough to say without knowing the specifics of your accomplishments at work and your post-MBA goals but honestly although you have a shot at top 10 there will definitely be challenges. Your biggest challenge is going to be differentiating yourself. There are a TON of candidates applying who will look just like you on paper. As a white male from consulting you won't be adding anything from a class mix perspective, and you're coming from an over-represented demographic, so it will be critical to demonstrate a unique value proposition so they admit YOU vs. all the other white males from consulting.
One place to differentiate yourself is through the specifics of your work accomplishments and extracurriculars. If you can show you are the best of the best, and/or if you can show something unique about your expertise, abilities, etc that will help you stand out. Personal experiences are another way to potentially make your application more memorable. Did you have to overcome any particular hardships growing up? Are you the first in your family to go to college? etc. Finally, post-MBA goals are an important part of your value proposition & an opportunity to differentiate yourself. Aside from those components of your story, I'd also see if you can improve your GMAT score. A 720 hits the average for top schools but again is not a differentiator & especially when differentiation is going to be your challenge you want to do everything you can to stand out!
