Work experience-2 while joining college(MBA)
extra curricular- good, have worked for a NGO started a NGO chapter in my city.
gender -female.
Current industry-IT with banking domain
age 23
MBA Field-operations and supply chain management
with my profile have applied for reasonable colleges such as simon,case western,katz,kogod
ambi-UNC and BYU....
Simon -got wait listed after interview.
UNC-called for interview....
Katz-done with evaluation interview
I am bit anxited if it is already too late to apply and my chances of getting colleges.
I have a complusion of doing an MBA at this stage due to personal reasons and being a female candiate too...
Pl share your views and which college can i focus on an sure admit at this stage.

The fact that you got as far as the interview with most schools suggests that you were able to put together a pretty good application. If you're just nervous about the waiting game, don't be! I'm not sure what else I can tell you re: focusing your efforts, but, in the case of Simon, don't be afraid to campaign fairly aggressively if you really want to go there. (I really like that school as an underrated program.)
I know you don't want to hear this, but if you don't get in this year, you're still very young, so reapplying in the fall won't be a big deal.

Thanks a lot for the imputs.I have got an interview scheduled for case western and UNC right next week.
My doubt is whether i should talk about -why MBA?,why now?,long term and short term goals AS such written in in essays(for in case of UNC-essays has taken me for an interview) or should i prepare seperately for interview,if so how should i go.any refernece sites you could suggest?
