Hi All,
Gave my GMAT today and scored a sub-par 580
( Q-46, V-24, IR-6 ). AWA score yet to recieve.
I have a work experience of around 3 years with Capgemini Ind. Pvt Ltd. (IT).
And I Applied to the following universities in Canada
1 - ALBERTA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS(university of alberta)
2 - TED ROGERS SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT(ryerson university)
3 - Telfer School of Management(University of Ottawa)
4 - DeGroote School of Business(McMaster University)
5 - John Molson School of Business(Concordia University)
1 - What are my chances of getting an admit into any of these universities considering the above mentioned details? Besides these I have good Academics and extra curricular activities.
2 - As per new GMAT pattern will the universities give increased weightage to INTEGRATED REASONING section?
PS- This was my 3rd GMAT attempt and hopefully my last one
Any suggestions will be helpful
.
Regards,
Nikhil.
Hi Nikhil
If you have given your GMAT today, I believe you have sent the scores to the colleges
you mentioned. I would recommend you to apply early in the session(for the intake of
2019) in order to increase your chances in above-mentioned schools.
As
MBADecoder has rightly pointed out, you should start communicating with the Adcom
in order to demonstrate your intent to attend the program. Most of these schools have a
preliminary assessment which you should go through to get an idea of what the schools
want from a candidate and how the specific school is a good fit for your profile.
Hope this helps you!
