Hi! 27 year old female with 5 years of work experience - 3 years in retail marketing and 2 years in finance marketing. 700 on my GMAT, 3.34 GPA from a top 20 liberal arts undergrad. First choice is Kellogg, also applying to Yale and Tuck. What are my chances???

Hi there,

Your GPA and GMAT score will be on the lower side for these schools. Without having more information on your background, such as the split in your GMAT score (quant/verbal), what kind of leadership roles you've taken on professionally, and what you've been doing on the extracurricular side, it's tough to say what your chances are.

If it would be helpful to schedule a free 30-minute consultation, feel free to reach out at https://www.ivygroupe.com/contact.

Best,
Shaifali

Thanks for sharing your profile. Kellogg averages come in at 730/3.6 which leaves you considerably low on both accounts. You have the right caliber of work experience and the school does value gender diversity, as they have one of the highest percentage of female students but it feels like you are slightly out of reach here.
