Regardless of where you put this experience, it won't change the strength of your application. I suggest treating your co-op experience as just that and place that under your UG work experience. Then separate out your true FT work experience (not counting your co-op work in this category because the adcom won't equate it as such). Hope this helps clarify. Best of luck!
