Same sentiment from me. This is a really informative thread.

CBS is unusual with the rolling interview/admit process. I cannot decide if I prefer the single date (slow build up, followed by agonising 24 hours until decision day) or rolling process (nice surprise in your inbox one day and/or paranoia if nothing received after six weeks)!

Best of luck guys! I am pretty sure I could not have done more to prepare for this round so I'm prepared to accept my fate, whatever the outcome.

Blerg, I would take a firm decision date than rolling any day. I applied 12/17 and have been obsessively checking my email since the new year -- even though I realize it's too early to have heard! Thanks to everyone who has provided info on their timeline, very helpful for managing the uncertainty!

Congrats! When they called they told you about the merit scholarship? Just wondering if there was no mention during the call if that means no scholarship.

No it doesn't. I was accepted in October last year and didn't get the call about scholarships until the first week of February. I would say you could still get money through mid March with the various Fellowships so don't give up hope yet.

thanks guys! i saw a missed call from a "No Caller ID" number just now and my interview report was submitted on January 7th as well! really hoping it's good news from CBS, but i haven't gotten an email from them like others in this group in the past (though they may have been ED) who have missed their calls.

is it too irrational to call the CBS admissions office to check?

just called the office - they couldn't find me initially, and after much holding and waiting and re-spelling my name, she actually transferred me to the woman who made the call, who decided to not leave a voicemail.

got in - with a small fellowship!

here's my timeline:

applied: rd, 11.17.2013
invited to interview: 12.19.2013
interviewed: 1.6.2014
interview submitted: 1.7.2014
accepted: 1.15.2014

my interview really tripped me up - my interviewer, about two decades out of CBS, literally asked me very little about why CBS/MBA in general, and more about my job and how i reacted/lead/solved problems. here are a handful of questions i remember from the interview:

* Why do you want an MBA? Why do you need it to achieve your goals?
* What do you expect to bring to your learning team? What do you want your teammates to bring?
* What gets you excited about work?
* Talk about a specific time that you had to convince people to do something
