Hello, I was hoping for a quick profile evaluation.
Details:
Education: Brock university BBA concentrating in accounting, average of 80%
Work: September 2006 to current- Government of Nunavut, worked with residents providing a variety of financial services to several remote communities contributing to the regions economic development. Developed organizational capabilities in financial management and budget planning.
Prior to this I spent one year in commercial banking working with local entrepreneurs directly in a 150 million loan portfolio.
Extra curricular: provide no fee consulting service to local business owners in Nunavut who have limited business education.
GMAT: 720
Career goal: management consulting, IB
Target schools: Rotman, Scullich, Yale, any other schools you may recommend

Interesting, strong profile. You should be highly competitive at Rotman and Schulich, and should have a decent shot at Yale as well, if you execute well in your application (maximize the Nunavut story, get strong reco letters, give them savvy post-MBA goals [don't say *both* IB and MC), show them you know their programs well, etc.). Consider the following schools as well: Michigan, Cornell, Duke, Darden, CMU, UCLA (if you state IB goals).

Just curious, what kind of post-mba goals would you quantify as "savvy"?
