There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
These are not the types of errors the schools are looking for as part of the background check. They are seeking egregious criminal activity and truly blatant deception. Neither of the two issues you have shared with us seem to fit that bill.
If I were you, I would not bring this up because it seems like a nuanced matter or at the very worst, innocent oversight. I severely doubt your acceptance will be rescinded on this basis.
I hope you get a second or third opinion, but I stand comfortably behind this belief.

I do not think GSB wants to harm you and is actively searching for mistakes in your application and reasons to not make you attend after going through all of this process.
