If you're limiting it to 6 schools, then you can either take out H/W, or one of those two (yes, your age will basically make HBS a very long shot). For the other schools, you have a well rounded and interesting enough background that I think you have a decent chance of getting into at least one of them assuming you do a good job on your written application and interviews.

As for narrowing down the other schools outside of H/W, it comes down to which schools you fit in the most. CBS and Chicago are similar to one another culturally (greater proportion of finance types), whereas Kellogg is on the other end of the spectrum (the smallest proportion of finance types). Kellogg, NYU, Cornell and Yale are more social and collegial than Chicago or Columbia (but the latter two are more academically oriented).
