D. Each takes singular pronoun so 'its' rather than 'their'. 467 males, 368 females and 127 children take 'are' rather than 'is'.

So its is correct...
After THERE, 'are' is required as we are talking of three items-467 males , 368 females and 127 children...
D is left. However 467 must be a typo in D
