Hi,
Recently I had a discussion with one of my acquaintances who just graduated from Duke. While discussing my goals essay with him, he pointed out that CPG firms(like Pepsi, Coke Unilever etc), at least at Duke, do not hire International students for brand management/marketing roles, and that most of these jobs are open only for US students. I just wanted to confirm if that is true for Duke or for all business schools.

It varies year by year, and company by company, but I think you'll find this policy to be consistent at every school that a particular company recruits at. They don't have the ability to adjust that policy on a school by school basis.

Hello,
What about a career in B2B (Business to Business) marketing for an international student ?
I have a B2B background and intend to work in this domain after my MBA in the US.
Though Energy is my first choice, I am also open to working in the High Tech Industry.
I'll be glad if someone could tell me whether my goals are feasible.
