In DS 1 shared on June 13, statement B was, "Machine filled 1/3 of the order between 9:00 a.m. and 10:40 a.m."
I am confused here, how should we interpret this statement-
1. By 10:40am machine filled 1/3 of the order (with this understanding, we can answer the question)
2. Machine filled 1/3 of the order BETWEEN 9am and 10:40 - this can be anytime between 9am and 10:40am, it can be 10am, 10:15 am and so on
Can someone pls explain, which understanding is correct and why

Machine filled 1/3 of the order between 9:00 a.m. and 10:40 a.m. - Means machine took whole time of 1hr 40min starting from 9 till 10:40 to complete 1/3rd amount of order
