I’ve been practicing Data Insights for a while and have taken two mock tests from GMAT Club. I’ve realized that I really struggle with graph interpretation and multi-source reasoning questions—they’re extremely tough. I’m looking for recommendations on where to practice more DI questions. Any suggestions on tackling these specific sections would be invaluable. I’ve also solved questions from TTP, but the GMAT Club mock tests are particularly challenging.
Hello! I would not be able to help you with the sources because it seems like we are using the same sources. But what really helped me with MSR was: Do not tackle each MSR question individually treat it as a set. So usually you would get 3 questions (though this number might vary) for one MSR prompt. So treat it like you have 6 minutes for the set. Read the prompt and get an idea of graphs and charts if any and then go onto the questions. This helps both with accuracy and the panic that one might feel on not being able to tackle the questions in 2.15 minutes. This also helps in the case if you feel you are not able to do justice to each question because you do not have enough time to spend on the prompt. Hope this helps.

Hi, do you remember what were the MSRs, because we are in the process of discarding many of the old MSRs, most of which were made for IR test. Similarly for Graphic Interpretation but we have added quite a few new ones as per the latest official pattern and the old ones are more or less sorted out. If you could share the details with me, Ill be able to help you in a better way.

Hi All, I wanted to check about a few questions I saw on the GMAT FE club tests where the explanation mentions the use of the calculator to assess to answer in real time. However, given the primitive calculator which is available it is borderline impossible to do those calculations, I am not sure about how to approach these questions? Is one expected to do such complex math like compounded rate of growth / division of numbers in millions with complicated decimals in the exam? Pls check the links below:
Without the calculations, we have two options - do the guesswork and move on or skip the question altogether to save time. Is there some shortcut which I am missing here?
Purple_Wizard, yes, the third part to the first question requires much more calculation than what would be expected. However, the first part that speaks of >15% can be scanned and answered.
We will change the third part and wordings to fit in.
because if we take first statement into account it gives the ingredients in a total quantity of 1.5 cups, and second statement states that for thicc pancakes we need to use as much of special mix to be used for 3 cups of ingredients, so we can say that the needed amount of special mix would be 2.5 cups and milk would be 1/4 cup
