poojaarora1818, I would suggest GMAT Club for sure as we are improving and matching up to the official questions. Other than that all known names could be tried. I have not gone through the content of others, so may not be able to comment on them.
Besides, Official Guides I am relying on TTP and Club resources. Do you think are these resources fair enough for our prep?

playthegame, Actually there were few official verbal DS from OG 24-25 posted on the forum, but I would say few of them just did not fit in. The language, logic and OA were ambiguous. I would say we should wait for more of these to come out of GMAC, and then others would be able to find the types and logic being tested. We would have had some here by now on GMAT Club too if there was clarity on it.
Thank you Chetan, what do you mean by few of them did not fit in, meaning the quality of the questions was not good? How to filter for verbal DS on the club?

chetan2u, Just a follow-up ques a lot of real test takers are discussing about verbal DS ques (non-maths) that we will get in the real test. Someone has suggested they are part of logical reasoning type. So, would you suggest to practice such ques from the LSAT website because logical reasoning is a part of LSAT only. Need your advice on it. Thanks!

yes, few had wrong OAs, so surely logic applied for the OA would have been wrong. Go to DS section, and filter questions by type’Non-math related’.

It is always good to touch upon resources if you have time. For that matter, the Indian CAT is way tougher but superb questions to build on your power of reasoning. However, you would never see a question even 20% of CAT in difficulty level in GMAT. So, if time is available, LSAT could be a good source just to build your reasoning abilities. But you should not expect to see familiarity in the two.

Thank you so much for the clarification. Yes, I agree that the Indian CAT is tougher than the GMAT. But GMAT is a standardized test that is far more organized and structured than CAT. Whereas, in CAT you may expect everything under the sun. No comparisons between both tests. Both are equally good to test a student’s reasoning and analytical skills. Thank you for such a detailed explanation, Chetan!

Hello All, can anyone help me with the following question:|
the-table-below-gives-information-for-9-publicly-traded-companies-in-319001.html

I understand the question that here we are supposed to find the ratio, but is there a faster way to do it? because it does not make sense to find ratios for all 10 companies for comparison

The answer is correct.
Are you looking at the right columns?

Because that’s an estimate. We cannot be sure if A will win the elections.

We don’t have to find all the ratios. We just need one contradicting example and we are good to mark the choice as No.

C is incorrect because the question asks for YES/NO answer and based on estimate we cannot confirm this. Think of recent Indian elections wherein the opinions polls were wrong in predicting that BJP would win majority by itself...
