Shouldn’t this question answer be both statements together are sufficient? But as per answer key it says 1 and 2 together are not NOT sufficient. Can anyone confirm?

So you’re saying the speed of the train A while it was crossing the bridge might be different from its speed while crossing the pole?

Hey Sajjad1994 - can you help me with this question? I am not able to understand how we can comment on the Airline 5 and Airline 3 # of flights in part B and C of the question, based on what is given in question which are all numbers in % data
Its like is Apple in 'A' basket is 3% and and Apple in B basket is 5%.
Now tell me which basket has more apples
Ans: We cant say unless we know the total fruits in each basket.
By same analogy we cant say for sure from just percentage of airline delays, the actual number of airline fligh delays

Try to understand the language of the question first, specially in MSR and then search for the relevant information because it has many unnecessary info also which may consume your precious time

I don’t agree with this reasoning, if it is not mentioned then it’s supposed to be understood,I don’t know if this is official question or not but in official question in my understanding they don’t qualify question as wrong based on such reasoning

Let’s take one example to understand the outer ring.

1) The historic figure has 3 children, say C1, C2, C3 (innermost colored circle)
2) Let’s focus on C3 (Blue)
3) C3 has 4 descendants, out of whom 3 are still alive. 1 is not (middle colored circle)
4) Let’s call these 4 descendants A,B,C, and D. A is the left most (alive), B is dead, C and D are alive.
5) A has 2 descendants. both of whom are alive (2/2)
6) B is not alive now. But he/she has 4 descendants all of whom are alive (4/4)
7) And so on.

Outer ring -> Consider the person in the ring adjacent to outer ring.
The ratio given is number of living descendants of this person/total number of descendants of this person.
