Guys, a kind request as someone who lives in the FORUM. If ya’ll know an answer to a Q, do try to post the workings in the FORUM. It would at least help someone who may have made a careless mistake or oversaw something obvious or is struggling to comprehend the Q.
Doing my part as I attempt Q’s.

Shared this cause I was super grateful for an explanation. The only one present when I made an error. And it hit me how frustrating it would if that person didnt share their answer.

Which one is better to practice DI?

Hey guys please help solve this.

An amateur athletic team has the following requirement: "Each athlete who fails to return to his or her designated room prior to a designated time will be suspended for the next athletic event." The requirement was violated by the team’s best athlete on the night before a prominent athletic event.

Assistant Coach A: The only reason to not suspend the athlete is if the athlete broke the requirement because of factors outside the athlete’s control. Since that was not the reason, no exception should be made for this athlete.

Assistant Coach B: I know that we would normally punish the athlete with a suspension, but doing so in this case would harm the team. I think we should punish the athlete in another way that would not harm the team.

Hii i am about to begin my gmat journey.... earlier i have seen that on gmatclub there was author search filter , now it has been removed and there are only unrecognized authors showing and i am not able to find recognized author like manhattan gmatexpert and gmatclub.. what should I do? should i practice from those unrecognized author or not ?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I am getting the impression that DS for DI tests more on sets and stats? Cause I know from Charles/GMAT Ninja’s older videos he always says that its okay to focus less on that but DS for DI seems to be testing more on these areas for the Quant aspects. Like its less on Algebra.

Has anyone taken DI section practice tests on GMAT club ? I tried one today and felt all the charts and MSR were too lengthy to finish reliably within 2-2.5 mins. Is it only my lack of practice which is making it difficult or the section is itself that hard ? Tbh I didn’t focus enough on DI so far.

Dont know about DI but I’ve heard that they usually make their Quant tougher than usual to train us.

Forum discussions were clear about their quant. DI looks simple, but the score is 2-3 pts below the Q & V scores. In one his webinar, Rajat (E-Gmat) said the score would either be between the two (Q&V) or below both. Is there any other source for DI prep?

In one of my mocks, my DI scores were the highest with a huge variation from the others. Partially cause I didnt have time for the Quant and Verbal. I personally do enjoy data and I got more non-Quant/non-Verbal Q’s then so I am not sure why Rajat said that or how reliable it is.
Not sure of sources for DI except GMAT Club’s ones. I rely on this site for everything.
