With over eight years of experience in digital marketing, SEO strategy, and storytelling, I have built my career at the intersection of creativity and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as a Marketing Manager for an Asia-Pacific consultancy headquartered in the U.S., I lead cross-border marketing and event strategies across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and India. My leadership has resulted in a 70% achievement of key business objectives, multi-country brand integration, and collaborations with global enterprises such as Manulife, PWC, Roche, Telkom Indonesia, and Astra Honda Motor. Prior to this role, I built a solid foundation in digital marketing as an SEO Specialist and Copywriter, where I successfully grew organic traffic by over 179% and earned a company-wide Diamond Award for exceeding business goals by 135%.
Beyond my corporate experience, I founded nabilaghaidazia.com, a storytelling and SEO consulting platform where I have mentored professionals and organizations to elevate their brand narratives. My passion for empowering others through communication has also led me to speak at Google Search Central Live Deep Dive Asia Pacific 2025, mentor marketing teams at tech companies such as Auris AI, and train participants at Yureka Education Center. As an author, I have published two books with major Indonesian publishers, including Mom’s Productivity Hack and Tumbuh Meski Tak Utuh, the latter achieving national best-seller status and literary recognition in 2023.
My background extends beyond business to social impact. I initiated a village literacy program that established a community library and reading initiatives in local schools, fostering a passion for learning and creative writing among students. This balance between professional success and community service reflects my core belief that impactful leadership begins with empowering others.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from Diponegoro University, where I first developed an analytical mindset that now supports my data-oriented marketing strategies. Throughout my early career, I combined this analytical foundation with creative storytelling, which later became the cornerstone of my professional identity — a storyteller who builds growth through strategy.
My achievements include multiple national writing awards and an international recognition through the Bright Future Blog Writing Competition, which provided a professional learning experience in the U.S. in 2023. I also hold certifications in Business Agility (ICAgile) and Non-Fiction Writing (BNSP), reflecting both my strategic leadership and communication expertise.
Now, as I prepare to pursue an MBA, my goal is to strengthen my strategic, financial, and leadership capabilities to build my own company — a global storytelling and digital strategy firm that empowers Southeast Asian entrepreneurs and creators to compete internationally. The MBA will equip me with the global network, entrepreneurial frameworks, and venture management skills necessary to transform my vision into a sustainable business that bridges creativity, analytics, and social impact.

My background is in research (molecular biology and biochemistry). I worked at a medical research center briefly after college. My time there motivated my pivot into business/finance. I now work as a Market Risk Analyst in a commercial bank. I’m choosing an MBA now to pivot back into the business of healthcare, particularly in healthcare operations management.
