HBS 2+2 Program (Deferred Admission Program)
HBS admits about 100-125 students in a year for the 2+2 program. Admitted students must have atleast two years but no more than four years experience before they can matriculate.
Deadline: April 28, 2022 (There is only a single deadline)
Eligibility:
1. Undergrad students in their final year of study are eligible to apply. They must graduate from their program between October 1, 2021 and September 30, 2022.
2. Candidates in joint Bachelor/Master’s Degree programs are eligible to apply.
3. Candidates from master’s degree programs who have not held a full-time work position (other than internships or co-ops) are eligible to apply. They should have gone directly from undergraduate to graduate school.
There are no minimum or maximum requirements for the length of time spent working toward your bachelor's degree.
What you need to apply:

Q1. As we review your application, what more would you like us to know as we consider your candidacy for the Harvard Business School MBA program?
2. Please use this space to share any additional information on the types of industries or roles you plan to explore before matriculating at HBS. (500 Characters)

3. TOEFL: A TOEFL waiver is applicable for students who have studied for their undergrad in an institution where the medium of instruction was English
4.Two recommendations are required. Supervisors from an internship or part-time work experience, professors, advisors, and mentors can all serve as recommenders. The Admissions Board discourages recommendations from peers. Recommendation questions are:
• How do the candidate's performance, potential, background, or personal qualities compare to those of other well-qualified individuals in similar roles? Please provide specific examples. (300 words)
• Please describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant. Please detail the circumstances and the applicant's response. (250 words)

Stanford Deferred Enrollment
Admitted students have between 1 and 4 years of experience
Deadline: You can apply in any round, but most applicants tend to apply in R3 deadline, which is 12 Apr 2022
Eligibility:

Essays: Word Limit: Both essays combined may not exceed 1,050 words. We recommend up to 650 words for Essay A and up to 400 words for Essay B.
Essay A: What matters most to you, and why?
For this essay, we would like you to reflect deeply and write from the heart. Once you've identified what matters most to you, help us understand why. You might consider, for example, what makes this so important to you? What people, insights, or experiences have shaped your perspectives?
Essay B: Why Stanford?
Describe your aspirations and how your Stanford GSB experience will help you realize them.
Optional Question A
Think about times you've created a positive impact, whether in professional, extracurricular, academic, or other settings. What was your impact? What made it significant to you or to others? You are welcome to share up to three examples (up to 1,200 characters, or approximately 200 words, for each example).
Optional Question B:
Tell us about a time within the last three years when your background influenced your participation in a situation, interaction, or project.
In answering this question, consider how your background, such as your work, education, skills, interests, culture, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, where/how you grew up, and/or other factors had an impact on your recent actions and choices (up to 1,200 characters, or approximately 200 words).

3. TOEFL: If your college or university taught all classes exclusively in English for either your undergraduate or graduate degree, then you are not required to take the TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE. If this college or university is located in a country where English is not the primary language of daily life, please explain your circumstances in the Additional Information section of your application.
4. Two recommendations are required.
If you are currently a full-time student, we encourage you to select recommenders who have supervised your extracurricular activities or work, such as internships or part-time jobs.
Recommendation questions are:
