Hi All,
I wanted to seek your guidance on securing a visa for my spouse that permits full-time jobs. We both are Indian citizens and in corporate setup (not entrepreneurs).
I have received an admits from HEC Paris and Oxford. Based on my initial search, France requires a Blue Card for the spouse to be eligible for work, and the UK, starting 1st Jan'24, has stopped allowing spouses to work on dependent visas for non-research master programs.
1) If anyone has been in the same scenario, any guidance on how to secure a work-eligible visa for a spouse would be much much appreciated.
2) Any guidance on securing a fully remote job in Europe (preferably France) from India? (local language is another challenge, we have been facing)
-With this, I believe the partner can apply for a standalone visa rather than being on a dependent visa. Is my understanding correct?
3) Can anyone redirect me to good/known visa counselors in India who can help me out with the above?
We are more interested in HEC, however, if a strong probability/route is available for the UK. We can consider that as well.
Feel free to DM me in case you can help with any of the above.
Thanks in advance!
