Applied to Cornell back in late Sept. Got an interview request almost immediately. Had a really tough interview with a director of admissions ops. I got Dinged. I think the interview was my undoing... I was expecting a less formal interview... She wasn't having it... It was going to be rigidly structured. Interviewed at Tuck a few weeks ago. Second year student... Went fantastically well and I have great recs lined up for Tuck and great essays... But I need to apply to some more schools as I don't want to be dinged all around.
Profile:
GMAT: 680
GPA 3.5 from Tufts U
BA in History, MA Education
Desired Field: Securities Analysis/Investment Management.
Bit of a low quant score, but CFA Level 1 to try to balance that out.
Aside from Tuck, where I think I would be a good fit (I'm from NH) where else would you recommend I try applying?
Thank you, -Mark
