tensecondtomThanks for posting. Yes, most schools keep records of previous applications. However, whether or not they 1. look at them 2. put a lot of weight on them in a reapplication is hard to say. (And generally, they will only consider the previous year's app. Nothing before that.) Regardless, when reapplying to a program, it is important to show growth. So a couple of things to consider:
1. Improve your GMAT/GRE score
2. If your GPA is on the lower side (say < 3.2), take a math class
3. Add extracurriculars
4. Take on new responsibilities at work
5. Network with the program, especially if you didn't the previous year. Talk to current students, attend info sessions, etc.
