POsition yourself as a sponsored candidate (i.e. returning to family business) and get that score - you will have a strong chance.
Will I require to have any formal proofs or anything on my work experience in the family business, Does the university ask?

Not at the time of applications. If admitted, the school will undertake their reference checks. Chances are that if you are a sponsored candidate, the schools would be less concerned or strict. But this is my assumption.
