Dolomedes is one representative species of a number of the world's semiaquatic spiders, spiders hunting in a thoroughly specialized and unusual environment where it feeds almost exclusively on drowning insects—arthropods without adaptations to liquid environments.
A. spiders hunting in a thoroughly specialized and unusual environment where it feeds almost exclusively on -> spiders hunting in seems to imply they are hunting, additionally it refers to Dolomedes but the sentence is trying to express semi aquatic spiders behavior in general
B. spiders that hunt in a thoroughly specialized and unusual environment and feed almost exclusively on -> Noun + Noun modifier - spiders that hunt in ... and feed on ... parallel structure - Correct
