Hey guys I'm a Round 1 admit and here's where I'm at with the background check below.

Paid and filled out form 2/11

Received payment confirmation 2/14 (I called them to see where it was at and jumpstarted the process). If its been three days and you haven't received a confirmation email definitely call them.

Contacted my Employer 2/15 (Revera told my employer they are back logged with verifications so they are moving through them)

Contacted my recommender 2/20
Still waiting as of today.

I wouldn't worry about the process as it's just a formality. Just make sure that you send a heads up email to your recommender (I would include your resume as a courtesy) and your employer (unless you are doing a hold). If you request a hold you won't receive an email until the hold is released.
Hope this helps.

It helps a great deal. Thank you!!!

Not sure if this has been posted but does anyone know the admit percentage for those invited to interview?

Have heard conflicting things. I think the concensus is that 45-47% of the interviewees get admitted. The % might be skewed because of self initiated interviews. Don't quote me on this, but my best educated guess is around 65-70% for Round 2.

After the interview, Duke sent an email asking me to provide them a feedback on how the process went. Can the adcom find out who provided a feedback or what they wrote?

I really doubt they'd look at the responses. 1) there'd be way too many to sift through and 2) the school would lose all credibility and respect.

They use Qualtrics as their survey provider, which does track IPs. However, the likelihood of anyone going through and attempting to connect all those dots is basically zero. Be as honest as you want to be in your feedback -- Duke seems like the type of place where someone will eventually go through the responses to try to find areas of improvement. That can only help the school going forward.

Team Fuqua is really unique. I had a very exceptional interview experience in its Shanghai Hub. I think people would choose Fuqua for fit.

65-70 % is too too high a number IMHO.
My guess is around 40 % or so for R2

That wouldn't work out. They'd have to invite a TON of people to interview, probably like 75% or greater.

Since R2 folks most likelyd idn't self-initiate, I figured it'd be 60%+ like other schools.

I agree that 65-70% seems rather high for round 2. I would have to guess that it would be between 40-50%.

When I was on campus in the middle of the week there were a lot of students for R2 interviews. I estimated Fuqua interviewing around 40 R2 students daily.
But then again it just might be a very busy day and my estimates are totally off.

They're not weeding out a lot of people if its 40%. I'd be surprised if they didn't aim to accept about 1/2 the people they chose to bring in (especially from a resources perspective)

When I was there, I also felt there were about 40 students. I wonder how many invites they sent out since we know that the class size is about 450..

Assume they have a 50% matriculation rate and on average, 50% of applicants who are invited to interview get an offer. That puts us at 900 acceptances and 1800 interviews. I bet it's something around 800-900 acceptances and 1600-1800 interviews.

So, figure around 1/3 of the class applies in R2 (figure 1/3 R2, 1/3 R1, and 1/3 between EA and R3) So... around 600 interviews, 300 acceptances, and 150 matriculate. (But, I'd assume yield is lower in R1 and R2 then say EA and R3, so maybe less matriculate)

When I interviewed, the girl told me that they were interviewing over 400 applicants for round 2. Whether she knew what she was talking about is hard to say. I did hear people saying that the quality of invited applicants is significant higher than self initiated, which indicates chances are pretty good if you got invited to interview.

Well, of course the quality would be higher... Even if they interview 75% of all applicants, the worst would be weeded out.

But yeah, I'd say inviting 50% to interview and then accepting 50% of that makes the most sense
