Not satisfied with the software used by eGmat for videos. I purchased eGmat verbal course 2 weeks back and the software is crap. It takes a lot of time to refresh, and sometimes the audio is lost and I keep refreshing the page. It is wasting my valuable time. Although the SC material is good and Cr is ok, the quality of software is really poor. I read a few complaints about its the quality of videos having the problem of loading, but the expert replied that there would be a problem with the speed of the internet., so I checked my internets speed and the Netflix or other sites are working well at the same time.

Welcome to GMAT Club!

It is sad you are facing problem in loading videos of e-GMAT. Checking speed through online website is not the degree that there is no problem from your side. it happens with me some time when my Chrome history increases too much GMAT Club website loads slowly. I normally clean chrome history hit F5 Button for multiple times and some time just closes the browser and open it again. try these tricks maybe your problem get solved. Otherwise egmat is here, he or she may help you out.

I encountered this problem several times, and the internet speed was not the cause.
I recognized that it happens when I open too many tabs or when I leave the e-gmat open, unused for very long time.
I fix it by fully closing the browser, then reopen again.

Hi, I too faced the same issue initially, but after one week I realized that the issue is not related to internet speed. Whenever I have opened multiple windows that time only eGMAT speed issue occurring. So please open eGMAT site in a separate window.
